Please take printout and sign on the highlighted areas.(* Signature of the customer)
Also take the print out of the following and fill it

   Xtrade Account opening details form

  Documents Required:
  1. Photo  : PP Size photo (2nos)

  2. ID proof : Copy of pancard
  3. Address proof : Proof of Permanent and correspondence Address should be submitted and can be Ration Card,
    Driving License /Passport / Voter ID Card / Electricity Bill / land line telephone bill (not more than 2 month old)

  4. Bank proof       : Personalized Bank Cheque copy / Non personalized Cheque copy accompanied with copy of Bank
    Passbook / Latest Original Bank Statement (not more than 2 quarters old)


    5. Nominee: If nominee is appointed, Photo, Address & Signature of the nominee should be submitted.
